| Warranty coverage for the SheerTan® Wand is one year from the date of purchase and 30 days
from the date of purchase for our Aerosol. Wand warranty covers manufacturing defects of
material or workmanship. It does not cover accidental misuse causing damage or damage
caused by fire, floods, acts of God or damage in transit. The liability for damage is limited
to the amount of the purchase price. |

| For return authorization, send an Email with the subject “Warranty” to customerservice@SheerTan.com. Please include your order number and purchase date in the body of the email,
as well as a description of the defect. When given a return authorization number, return the
product, proof of purchase, a check or money order for $8.00 for shipping and handling, and
details of the defect with the Wand to P.O. Box 190328, Dallas, TX 75219-4129. |

We recommend that you insure for the full value and retain postal and insurance receipts.
When received, we will repair or replace any defective wand and return within 4 to 6 weeks. |
